Leveraging his MS in Engineering Management and BS in Industrial Technology, Robert is recognized for his combination of technical expertise with strategic leadership which has reliably driven operational outcomes, focusing on market introductions, profitability, and compliance. Before joining Eyenovia, he successfully led a globally recognized specialty engineering materials supplier, achieving a 30% increase in shipments while optimizing staffing. His previous tenure as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Stryker was instrumental in transforming the newly acquired acute ischemic stroke business into a high-volume, multi-shift operation. Earlier in his career, Robert served in roles that progressively expanded in scope and responsibility at various companies including Johnson & Johnson and Genentech.
