A Message About Recruitment Fraud
As you navigate through your job search, please be cautious of potential job scams involving fraudulent postings or communications that falsely claim to be from Eyenovia. These scams may aim to deceive you into divulging personal or financial information. Eyenovia does not require any payments or fees as part of our application process. Legitimate communication will typically come from an @eyenovia.com email address or from one of our authorized recruiting partners.
To verify the authenticity of a job posting or communication, we recommend checking our official careers page Careers | Home – Eyenovia or LinkedIn job postings associated with our Company Page.
Look out for red flags such as:
• Unprofessional language– the communications you receive contain poor grammar and/or typos.
• Requests for online interviews via instant messaging apps, which Eyenovia does not conduct.
• Demands for financial details like credit card numbers or bank account information. Please note that Eyenovia will never ask a job applicant or a new hire to make payments.
• Vague job descriptions with little to no detail about the job requirements or responsibilities.
• The offer seems too good to be true.
Before extending an offer, we ensure that candidates meet with us in person.
In rare cases, we might work with a recruiter for confidential searches. These searches are always managed internally and will have clear verification steps built in.
While we can’t provide a specific contact for verification (to avoid spam), you can trust that all legitimate Eyenovia jobs will be posted either on our official website Careers | Home – Eyenovia, or the Eyenovia LinkedIn page.
Thank you for your diligence and let’s keep your job search safe!
